Article 4 of the EU AI Act has applied since 2 February 2025. Since the July 2026 amendment it requires companies that use AI systems to take measures supporting their staff's AI literacy. Role-based training with records is a concrete measure that is easy to evidence.

Is this training enough to comply with Article 4?
The AI Act does not prescribe one format. Role-based training plus records (programme, attendance, certificates, knowledge test) is a documented measure supporting AI literacy. The legal assessment I leave to lawyers.
Which tools do you cover?
The ones your company uses: ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini or Claude. I also show how to use AI safely with company data.
How many people per session?
Up to 15 for the workshop, up to 25 for the programme. Larger teams are split into groups.
Is travel included?
Warsaw is included. Other locations: travel is quoted in the proposal.
