Contact form

I process your name, email, company name and message to reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep this data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we sign a contract.

Ticket purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. I process the data needed to fulfil your order, send the webinar link and issue an invoice (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Billing data is kept for the period required by tax law.

Cookies and ads

The site stores only your consent decision in your browser. Google tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics) run only after you consent, using Google Consent Mode. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Recipients

Data may be received by service providers I use: hosting (a server in the EU), Stripe (payments) and Google (ads, after consent). Transfers outside the EEA rely on standard contractual clauses or European Commission decisions.
